Jessie Wong

Jessie has been using clay as her art medium since 2000. She is humbled by the medium because blunt force will not make clay obey; she must learn to be one with it.

She loves sharing her joy for clay with others. Her goal is to have clay create the same positive influence in people’s lives as it does in hers.

Jessie tries to incorporate her love of animals and nature into her pottery because they have so much to teach us when we are able to listen. The end result of her efforts is something that holds the joy and peace she feels toward nature and the compassion she has for animals.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each piece of Jessie’s pottery is donated to animal charities enabling her to respond directly to the animals in a way that will be helpful and meaningful.
